Where does this emotion come from? Does everyone get it?
Growing up in Edmonton Alberta, Canada I knew I had a passion for making more money. What I loved about money was the freedom it would give me. If I wanted to travel and visit friends or family I could simply do that. On the trip if I needed to eat at restaurants I could simply do that with an enormous amount of money saved up. My thoughts at a real young age were if I had a lot of money, then life would be that much more relaxing.
As I aged I witnessed many ups and downs. Take doing business before the largest collapse in USA history. New homes were soaring, I was in the business of selling home security systems. Life was great, hiring people to work and make great money was at large. Generating $314,000 in one year was the most I could ever dream I would make, and actually making it, I was on top of the world. Emotions were high, I wanted to be wealthy and I was well on my way. Later on I will define wealth and what it means to each individual but for the most part wealth = a lot of money to me ! Being able to pay for everyone’s dinners and fly family in constantly was a blessing. This to me was my purpose in life at the time. It was to make a ton of money and enjoy my off time with my family and friends.
